You all know that how much you loved Sucker Punch’s superpowered game “inFamous” even almost after two years of its release. So, here they are again with inFamous 2 to enthrall you with its unique style and updated versions. It includes tools allowing players to create their own missions for the game. Infamous 2 will be the first “sandbox” game to allow users to make their own. So, here you are the creator and designer. You can use your sense. So Infamous 2 features user-generated missions, with customizable levels and various tools that players can use to stylize anything from escort missions to puzzle-based challenges.

In this game they have created various levels including skill-based shooting galleries, defense missions, “search and destroy” missions, and “beat the clock” survival tasks. Also most levels will be grouped into categories like “best shooters” and “newest puzzles”. The levels can actually be integrated into the main game, and will show up on the map as green circles. At any point you can start one, and play a bit of fun content the players have put together, allowing you to earn more points or just to play around.

The in-game tools will feature characters and props from the main story and a set of behaviors that can be applied to command them. The mission builder trailer shows the player placing different types of enemies and objects around the game world. Once a mission is completed, it can be uploaded to the PlayStation Network, so that people can try it out. These will apparently show up just like regular missions, with the best-rated creations showing up in more players’ worlds.

A limited public beta to test user-built missions will launch in April, and players can learn details on how to join on March 14. Infamous 2 will be released on June 7 for PlayStation 3.
