If you want to reach out to the world and make sure your voice is heard then the best means is to blog. Blogging is not only free but has a world wide audience thanks to the internet. Very few restrictions are imposed on the matter that you can post in your blog (except in the matters of national security!). In past few years numerous blogs have come up. Even celebrities have started blogging to keep in touch with their fans. Well if you have never tried blogging before, then don’t worry its pretty simple. All you need is Microsoft office 2007 or 2010. Microsoft office 2007 first came out with posting blog feature and Microsoft 2010 has made some improvements. Word 2010 provides stellar interface, with enhanced features and also increased editing options including the new screenshot feature. Let me explain how to set up a blog with the help of Microsoft 2010
First click the office button and go to the New tab in the office menu. Select New Blog Post in the New menu, and click Create.
Next you will be asked to register for a blog account. Click on the register now button. Select the blogging service provider and enter your login credentials.

After validating your login details you can start blogging. Word 2010 provides better options in formatting your post before publishing.
You can take screenshots for your blog articles by clicking on screenshot option from the insert tab.
