There is a rumour about Dell, might be developing a Smartphone. Well, that is true and they have been working for more than a year on a Smartphone. The clout surrounding this phone is as big as Area 51 and no one has got snaps of this phone.

According to a established mobile rumours site Boy Genius Report, the Dell Smartphone specs are: 3.5-inch touch screen display, 3-megapixel auto focus camera with 8x digital zoom and 30 fps video shooting mode. It will also have GPS compatibility. According to Wired.com, the phone will launch first in China by 2010 end.

Even amidst this secrecy, and what little we see and hear there is nothing special about the Dell Smartphone. It is seems quite old in terms on concept and design which is quite similar to T-Mobile myTouch or every other touch screen Smartphone since the launch iPhone. And the specs aren’t blowing our minds too actually take notice. Unless Dell has some features under the desk that we aren’t aware of, it is not going to be a smooth sailing for this Smartphone.
